Discover the powerful synergy between art and yoga with this beginner-friendly workshop. Yoga is a powerful practice that helps us take care of our body, mind, and spirit. Stephanie would like to show you how you can use art therapy to further embrace the benefits of yoga while learning techniques for holding space for the tender moments that inevitably surface when you’re on the mat.

Art therapy is a form of communication that can help you process your experiences with more compassion and ease. Explore how creativity can amplify the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga. You do not need to be an artist or have artistic ability to benefit from these practices.

During the workshop, Stephanie will guide you through three unique art therapy practices that can be paired with yoga. Instead of a live yoga practice, Stephanie will use guided meditation to help you connect to various moments from prior experience that you will use as inspiration for the art therapy experiential.

What You'll Learn:

Who Should Attend: This workshop is ideal for yoga enthusiasts, art lovers, and anyone interested in exploring the synergy between creativity and physical practice. No prior art or yoga experience is necessary.
