Sacred Breath: A Group Journey Home 6/20
Dates: Saturday, June 20, 2026
Location: Samudra Studio
In-Person
Join Amanda of Pearl Holistic Health for a deeply nourishing gathering of conscious breathwork, somatic healing, and embodied connection.
This experience is designed to support you in slowing down and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body. Through guided breath, somatic awareness practices, music, and gentle facilitation, participants are invited into a deeper relationship with themselves—one rooted in presence, feeling, and aliveness.
While this experience is open to beginners, conscious breathwork can gently stir emotion, sensation, memories, or deeper layers of the self as we open to the body and breath. This practice is not about bypassing or forcing healing, but rather learning how to be with what is arising with compassion, curiosity, and support.
You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honor your body throughout the experience.
