  • What should Warrior One feel like in my body?
  • What muscles am I engaging in Warrior Two?
  • How do I do Crow Pose?
  • Why do some people’s practices look so fluid and easeful? How can I experience that?
  • Why does a particular pose feel uncomfortable?
  • How do I move safely in any practice?
  • How do I truly blend mindfulness and movement?
  • What’s the right setup for my body in a pose?

If these questions sound familiar, join us for Fluid Body Immersion, November 13–15. We’ll explore simple, effective alignment and anatomy so you can find more freedom in your practice. The safest alignment starts with the mind.

The weekend includes asana, meditation, lectures, and individual attention and feedback. Fluid Body is part of our 200-hour Fluid Yoga teacher training, and you’re welcome to attend as a standalone immersion. Current yoga teachers can earn 21 contact CEU hours.

Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14: 9 AM–5 PM
Sunday, November 15: 8 AM–4 PM
Investment: $400

Sarah Spiegel

Sarah opened Samudra in 2016 built on her long-time love of building community, creating connections, and fostering transformation through yoga, meditation, and the sharing of the Tibetan Buddhist yoga practices that have transformed her life.  Sarah’s offerings focus on bringing students into a state of flow and encourage mindfulness both on and off the mat through breath and body awareness. In addition to owning and operating Samudra Studio, Sarah leads yoga and meditation retreats locally and internationally, offers mindfulness and meditation to groups and individuals and offers instruction in mindful and embodied strength training.  She is a mentor and lead instructor for Fluid Yoga Teacher Training programs.

Sarah is forever grateful to the dear teachers and mentors who have supported and encouraged her and who continue to share wisdom and teachings: Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten, Kevan Gale, and Betty Riaz. Sarah completed her 200 and 500 teacher training with Fluid Yoga school and sanskrit language studies with Dr. Ben Williams. She continues her studies with Kevan Gale and Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten.
