$25.00 Introduction to Sanskrit Chanting and the Gayatri Mantra

Sanskrit chanting has been practiced as a meditation and vibrational healing tool for thousands of years. It can be practiced at many levels and is accessible to everyone.

The Gayatri is one of the most important and sacred mantras in the Vedas. Its intention is to connect the practitioner with the divine light inside of themselves to find clarity and peace.

Using the Gayatri mantra, Sri will introduce the 6 attributes of mantra practice along with an introduction to the sounds in the Sanskrit alphabet.

The workshop will conclude with Gayatri mantra japa practice. Participants will receive a recording of the mantra for personal practice purposes along with the text and meaning.
