Carrie Kahl
Carrie grew up in central Maine where she found her love for yoga as a teen during her early adventures into spirituality, movement, and self discovery. Her relationship with yoga deepened after her cancer diagnosis and treatment when gaining strength and reconnecting to her body felt more important than ever.
Carrie completed her Fluid Yoga 200 hour training in the fall of 2024 and offers classes led from a place of compassion, non-judgement, and lightheartedness while inviting students to get curious about the stories their bodies and minds hold. She loves theming and often creates playlists and sequences that reflect this- whether through a whole class dedicated to a single artist, a dive into the teachings, or a spooky halloween flow. Carrie invites you to tune in, have fun, and luxuriate in the moment.
Off the mat Carrie is a therapist specializing in sexuality, gender diversity, and relationships. She enjoys spending time in the woods, reading, paddling, hanging out with her birds, caring for plants, and trying new things.
