Moving From Center is a challenging, core-focused full-body movement class designed to build strength, stability, and coordination from the inside out. Each class emphasizes deep core engagement as the foundation for efficient, supported movement throughout the entire body.
Drawing from principles of Pilates, dance, and functional movement training, this class weaves strength and mobility work with rhythmic sequencing to develop alignment, balance, and control. Movement is guided with precision and intention, encouraging a strong sense of rhythm, coordination, and body awareness.
Students can expect a focused and energizing practice that challenges the body while remaining accessible, leaving them feeling stronger, more stable, and more connected to how they move.
