We are excited to bring PUPPY Yoga to Biddeford!
The puppies of Pittie Posse will take over the studio while participants enjoy a gentle, light hearted yoga flow. This is an all levels, gentle class; no prior yoga experience is needed. You're welcome to keep your camera on you to capture the adorableness of this event. This litter of pups was born a few weeks ago and will be just old enough to go to their forever homs at the time of our event.
Enjoy a flow from 11:30-12:30pm. Proceeds will support Pittie Posse and the cost of caring for the health of their foster dogs. After class, feel free to mingle with the puppies and learn more about the organization.
This class will sell out, so save your space early! Due to the nature of this class, this is an adults only event. Teenagers above the age of 16 are welcome to attend.

Emma Bouthillette
When Emma was first introduced to yoga, the physical practice was overwhelming. After turning 30, she was inspired to explore the practice of yoga and meditation as a means of managing chronic anxiety and panic attacks. When she finally stepped back on her mat in 2017 at Samudra Studio, she focused her practice on the mind, body, and spirit connection with less concern about how her abundant body looked in each pose. She enrolled in Maine’s first Fluid Yoga School 200-hour teacher training to deepen her own practice, but discovered a love for sharing yoga with others. Emma has been teaching since the spring of 2018. Her classes embody her joyful spirit with music to move to (dancing encouraged) and laughter. In June 2020, she completed Yoga for All training to foster inclusivity for all body shapes, sizes, and abilities in her teachings.
