This therapeutic yoga class weaves together myofascial release techniques, targeted ball rolling, yin postures, and occasional mindful flow. Each class is designed to release fascial tension, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and restore functional mobility. You'll learn practical self-care tools while moving through slow-paced practices that support both body and mind. This is an all-levels class, especially supportive for those seeking stress relief, chronic tension release, or a balancing complement to their regular practice.



Cori Crovo

From a young age, Cori has had passions in health and wellness. After sustaining a back injury in gymnastics, she turned to yoga for the first time. As her consistent practice developed over the years, she found deep inner shifts and a brightening of her spiritual awareness. Cori graduated from Panacea School of Integrative Health and Yoga in Hallowell, ME in 2018 and has enjoyed teaching in a variety of settings since.

Cori has a Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and works with adults with speech, voice, and swallowing disorders. She enjoys bringing techniques from her experience as an SLP to her yoga classes, including neck and face stretches, myofascial release, resonant voicing, and postural alignment. Cori is certified in Reiki II and sound therapy and is fascinated with the overlapping worlds of energy, sound, and vibration.

Cori’s classes invoke calmness and relaxation through guided movement, strong breath work, and attention to the inner landscape and energetic body. She believes that change begins on the personal level. If she can inspire just one person to make a positive shift, she has done her job.
