Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening where deep beats meet embodied freedom.
We’ll begin in the dark with a high-energy, dance-inspired vinyasa class, led under black lights and accompanied by the electrifying sounds of live DJ Jen Howell. Glow sticks, body paint, and an atmosphere that encourages dropping into your body set the tone for this immersive experience.
After a grounding savasana, the journey continues—rising from stillness into rhythm. You’ll be gently guided into a somatic movement practice that invites intuitive, expressive exploration. From there, the music builds and the dance floor opens. Let go of form and expectation. This is your time to move freely, wildly, and wholly—no choreography, no rules, just you and the music in community.
Come as you are. Wear what glows. Leave lit from within.
This is a substance free experience. Come spend your Saturday evening with us in movement and community.
All levels welcome. No dance experience necessary—just a willingness to move.
Sarah Spiegel
Sarah opened Samudra in 2016 built on her long-time love of building community, creating connections, and fostering transformation through yoga, meditation, and the sharing of the Tibetan Buddhist yoga practices that have transformed her life. Sarah’s offerings focus on bringing students into a state of flow and encourage mindfulness both on and off the mat through breath and body awareness. In addition to owning and operating Samudra Studio, Sarah leads yoga and meditation retreats locally and internationally, offers mindfulness and meditation to groups and individuals and offers instruction in mindful and embodied strength training. She is a mentor and lead instructor for Fluid Yoga Teacher Training programs.
She is forever grateful to the dear teachers and mentors who have supported and encouraged her and who continue to share wisdom and teachings: Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten, Kevan Gale, and Betty Riaz. Sarah completed her 200 and 500 teacher training with Fluid Yoga school and continues her studies with Kevan Gale and Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten.

Jen Howell
Jen’s classes hum with her trademark blending of music, humor-infused philosophy, and intelligent sequencing. Prior to embarking on her yoga journey, Jen enjoyed a career in live-entertainment design; her creative core means she is constantly finding inspiration in others and her surroundings. Jen hopes to find friendship with everyone she meets. When she is not leading mindfulness practices, you may find her on stage encouraging laughter through her stand-up comedy.
Jen leads teacher trainings with Fluid Yoga, guides yoga and meditation retreats, and in 2014 partnered with Mill No. 5 to bring a new infusion of yoga to downtown Lowell, MA. Her mission is to help people find the path to happiness by creating space for transformation in an encouraging and open environment.
