$225.00 Summer Study Lab July 2026
Sanskrit, sound, and text study. Meets July 6th, 8th, 10th.
Summer Study Lab is an immersive, inquiry-based learning space designed for practitioners, teachers, and curious yogis who want to deepen their understanding of yoga, meditation, and contemplative practice.
We'll meet for three mornings to learn some of the constructs of the Sanskrit language, explore meanings and layers within words, and spend time deconstructing some of Patanjali's yoga sutras and their commentaries.
Each day includes text study, meditation, chanting of the sutras, and even some summer camp style surprises along the way.
The Summer Study Lab welcomes both teachers and dedicated practitioners. Whether you’re refining your teaching, nourishing your personal practice, or simply longing for depth and context, you'll be joining a supportive environment for exploration.
Sessions meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:30am-1:15pm for a total of 8.5 immersion hours. Optional one hour group check in and integration session two weeks following immersion week (online).
Investment: $225.
