Join us in the Western Maine mountains for a nourishing weekend of yoga, meditation, seasonal ritual, and rest. Settle into the quiet rhythms of nature with daily yoga and guided meditation, time outdoors, and thoughtfully prepared meals by the team at Fika. This is a chance to slow down, reconnect, and support your own seasonal renewal.
Arrive Friday afternoon (4:00pm arrivals) and depart Sunday at 11:00am. Each day includes yoga asana and meditation, rituals and reflections honoring the turn of the season, and delicious, nourishing food. We’ll gather in community while also leaving ample time for solitude, rest, and integration. We'll stay at a private mountain home, tucked away in nature but close enough to explore the trails and shops in nearby Bethel. Our retreat experience includes a hot tub and sauna.
