Blending gentle movement, breath awareness, and simple guided techniques, we begin by creating space in the body—opening the ribs, diaphragm, and spine—before exploring how the breath naturally moves within you.

Each week, you’ll be introduced to accessible breathing practices, along with experiential insights into how breath shapes the nervous system.
