Gentle Flow
This gentle flow class offers a lightly energizing and sweet practice floating between effort and ease. Guided by the breath, you will move with compassion and mindfulness through a series of standing, seated, and/or balancing postures, linger in a few yin or restorative postures, and end with meditation and savasana. All welcome! *Beginner-friendly - modifications and alignment cues are offered throughout to provide additional support.*
