I understand that yoga and strength training includes physical movements. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience pain or discomfort, I will come back to a comfortable position and inform the teacher. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnoses, or treatment. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.
I authorize Samudra Studio Yoga to use photos acquired during Samudra classes, events, retreats.
Payments for classes, workshops, and class passes are nonrefundable and non transferrable. 10 class passes expire after twelve months. Class schedule and prices are subject to change without notice. Check the Samudra Studio website for the most up to date schedule.
In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with participation in fitness activities and with full understanding of the conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Samudra Studio Yoga teachers and staff from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said trip, or activities.
