Mat + Iron Community Class
This sixty minute practice combines the strength and power of strength training with the grace and mindfulness of asana. Weighted movements are woven into the flow to allow students to get more focused strength benefits from a one hour practice while also getting the benefits of asana, breath work, and savasana. Students will build strength and endurance while moving mindfully. Recommended for students who are familiar with yoga asana.
