This flow class will start with a pranayama breath work exercise and seated meditation, moves into a heat building and mindful flow, and winds down with a guided 15 minute meditation and savasana.

Thanks for purchasing our new student pass - this pass if for new to the studio students available on your first visit! Please feel free to take advantage of this - three weeks of unlimited yoga and meditation classes from the time of your first visit. We encourage you to use this as a way to explore different classes and teachers and experiment with creating your ideal practice schedule. Reach out if you have any questions about our offerings.

We are grateful to have such a wonderful membership. Members keep the doors of Samudra open and are the heart and soul of the studio! We price our membership to make it accessible and to allow you to come to the studio as often as you like! To allow us to price our membership at this rate, we require a 3 month commitment. Membership is billed every 30 days.
A consistent yoga practice is developed by arriving on your mat at least two to three times a week. Your membership includes:
These membership perks require a three-month autodraft commitment with at least 30-days written notice to pause or cancel. If you have questions, ask us before or after class!
If you find that you need to pause or cancel your membership we ask for one month’s notice. This allows us to best assess and allocate resources to create our schedule.
