Warm Vinyasa
This vinyasa flow class offers a light to medium-paced practice connecting strength and stability with clarity and ease. You will anchor awareness in the breath, move through a series of standing, seated, and/or balancing postures, and end with meditation and savasana. All welcome! *Beginner-friendly - modifications and alignment cues are offered throughout to provide additional support.* This class takes place in a warm 80 degree room.
