Yin with Reiki

In this slowly paced class you will move through a progression of yin yoga poses, held for 3 to 5 minutes each. Holding poses for an extended period of time allows the body to soften into deeper releasing in the connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments. Yin also works on the energetic meridians of the body, which can bring about gentle physical sensations during and after the pose. This class will have an optional addition of receiving Reiki energy. Depending on class size, you can expect between 3 and 5 minutes of individual Reiki.
