Thea (she/they) started practicing yoga regularly in college and since that time, she has used
yoga to challenge herself physically and mentally both on and off the mat. Thea completed their
200-hour with the Fluid Yoga School in 2022. The spiritual awareness and community that they
have gained from their practice is something they hope to share with others.
Students can expect a heating yet mindful flow allowing the overactive mind to take a rest.
Thea’s classes create an atmosphere of trust, humor, and always have a righteous playlist. She
wants to encourage students to use their practice for whatever they need it to be on any given
day whether it’s a place to push the body, a place to settle the mind, or a place to challenge
internalized beliefs. Thea believes every human is entitled to experience movement and rest
without barriers and she strives to create accessible yoga spaces where all people feel
comfortable to exist in a way that feels genuine and safe.
