Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for an extended period of time (often 3-5 minutes). This allows for deep stretching of the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia. Yin yoga is typically practiced in a seated or supine position, and the emphasis is on relaxation and meditation.

Expect a calm and meditative atmosphere during a yin yoga class. The poses are held passively, allowing the body to release tension and stress. Yin yoga is suitable for all levels of experience, as it is a gentle practice that can be adapted to individual needs.
