As a lifelong learner, Amy is on a mission to share the transformative power of yoga with as many people as possible. Her own yoga journey began over 20 years ago when a friend invited her to free classes as part of their teacher training. Amy was immediately captivated by yoga's ability to bring her physical and emotional relief. After completing her children's yoga certification and, most recently, 200hr fluid yoga training, she aims to cultivate a nurturing, compassionate, and welcoming environment where students of all levels can explore the practice. Whether guiding students through breath work, meditation, or the physical postures, Amy's goal is to help each person integrate yoga's holistic benefits into their daily lives.
