Alanna began her yoga journey while attending college in Boston. Her background in ballet drew her to the physical aspect of strength and flexibility within the yoga poses, and over time the energetic practice of yoga began to change her life in countless ways.
With a desire to share this deep feeling of fulfillment found in her yoga practice, Alanna completed her hatha yoga teacher training in 2014 while living in San Diego. Since then, she has trained in anusara, yin and vinyasa yoga. Her classes offer a deep connection to breath and awareness while guiding students through a creative, heartfelt physical practice. Her hope is that students leave her class feeling more centered, grounded and at home in their bodies.
