Vinyasa
It is a moving meditation on the mat while building heat. Students can expect to move through multiple poses to build heat, strength, and mental focus. Expect to build some sweat! Take class at your own pace. Classes are all levels.Fluid Yoga classes dynamically link the flowing nature of breath with mindful, continual movement. This heat-building flow not only increases strength and flexibility, but trains the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout difficult challenges on and off the mat.
