Amanda is a Maine native who found her love of yoga while in Boston as an undergrad. She went on to receive her yoga certification in 2013 with Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts; a school founded by Yoganand Michael Carroll and based on the Hatha Yoga teachings of Swami Kripalu.
Amanda is an occupational therapist (and soon to be breathwork practitioner) specializing in women's health and wellness. Both her yoga teaching style and work as a women's health practitioner are about supporting individuals as they move through the human experience with mindfulness, embodiment, and presence.
Amanda's soothing voice and calm presence invite you to an inner state of deep presence and listening. She encourages a deep connection to the breath and supports each individual on their own unique yoga journey.
