Hannah Haines is a yogi, dancer, and movement educator based in Southern Maine. As a dancer, Hannah has been a lifelong lover of movement. She was first introduced to yoga through a kids do yoga DVD in the early 2000s, and began to find more regularity with her practice during the pandemic as a way of fostering mindfulness and connection with others. Hannah has found that the addition of yoga to her own movement practice has given her the healing gift of slowing down her mind and allowing her to feel more present in her body--benefits she hopes to share with her students in her classes. Hannah received her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Samudra Yoga Studio with the Fluid School. In her yoga classes, Hannah aims to offer a challenging yet joyful practice that allows all students to find their sweet bliss.
