Julia's passion for yoga began to bloom after the birth of her daughter in 2017 as she searched for inner peace and tranquility at Samudra. An avid athlete, she appreciated the positive effect yoga had on her mental health and physical wellbeing. The community and relationships that Julia developed through yoga heightened her decision to complete her 200-hour teacher training with Fluid Yoga School in 2023.
Whichever class you take with Julia, she seeks to carve out space for her students to feel physically strong, mentally rejuvinated and deep gratitude. With her bubbly personality, you'll be sure to feel welcomed from the moment you enter the practice space.
When off the mat, Julia values the time she spends outdoors with her family. She is a registered nurse, and a certified lactation counselor.
