Nyiesha's history and love of dance helped pave her path to yoga. As a professional dancer in Los Angeles for over a decade, Nyiesha incorporated yoga into her daily warm ups. Yoga became therapy for her body, and ritual practice, to balance out her running workout.
Nyiesha completed the 200 hour teacher training with Fluid Yoga School in 2020. After completing the Mat + Iron training Nyiesha hopes to help student feel strong and confident in their bodies through breath, movement and weight training.
